United Way Ottawa has been a significant early partner in setting up 211 services in eastern Ontario. Today along with seven other eastern region United Ways, we continue to be a strategic and funding partner of 211. In 2012-13 United Way Ottawa is contributing infrastructure support of $134,378 to the Community Information Centre of Ottawa, the local provider of 211 services.
